The Collective
Every engagement is staffed with senior practitoners who have led this work at scale.

Linda Brosseau
Managing Director, Right To It
Principal, RTIS Collective
When companies need to evolve without losing momentum, they turn to Linda Brosseau.
As Managing Director of Right To It, she brings over two decades of operational leadership from Apple, GoPro, Levi's, Guitar Center, and Udemy.
Linda has built and scaled project management, marketing operations, and creative operations functions for global brands, integrated entire marketing organizations into shared operating structures, and designed the operational foundations that make AI adoption actually work. She sees what's coming before it arrives and builds the infrastructure before teams need it.
Her instincts were forged in the music industry, managing tours and marketing for major and indie labels, where success meant keeping dozens of stakeholders, schedules, and creative visions in sync. She still works that way: structured but never rigid, strategic but always human.
Linda is a lifelong musician, avid street and concert photographer, and perpetual learner of random skills she swears will come in handy someday. Her loyalties are split between New York, Chicago, and the Bay Area, in an order she declines to commit to.

Katie Sullivan Reid
Systems Design and Enablement
Katie Sullivan Reid leads systems design and enablement on Right To It engagements. An operations and project management leader based in Los Angeles, she has spent more than a decade bringing clarity and structure to complex work across agencies, brands, and studios.
Her background spans brand marketing, 360 campaign execution, photo and video production, e-commerce operations, and cross-functional workflow design. She has led work with Jaanuu, ModCloth, Levi Strauss & Co., and GoPro, and with creative studios including Sweden Unlimited and Starworks Group. That range runs from high-volume digital production to luxury campaigns to building operational foundations for growing teams.
Katie brings calm, clear expectations, and practical process. She keeps the engine running while improving how it runs.
She holds a B.A. in Literature from NYU and lives in Los Angeles with her partner and their dog, Ace.

Dave Liloia
AI & Technology Implementation
Dave Liloia leads AI and technology implementation on Right To It engagements. He brings 25 years of experience across product, revenue operations, and applied AI, helping organizations navigate technology transitions.
He led Marketing Automation and Lead Management at Amazon Web Services, served as VP of Platform Engineering at ConsumerAffairs, and was Senior Director at Guitar Center, where his work spanned marketing, CRM, and data.
Dave's approach is architecture-first. He reaches for AI only when it beats a well-designed system, and designs the system first when it doesn't. The result is work that holds up under load and avoids the tooling sprawl that buries most AI initiatives before they deliver value.
He holds an MBA from Babson College and a Generative AI certificate from MIT, and is the founder of Manager Forge, a management training platform. He lives in Santa Monica.

Erica Haims
Globalization and Localization Operations
Erica Haims leads globalization and localization operations on Right To It engagements. When companies scale across markets, she makes sure the work holds across languages, cultures, and teams.
Erica works at the intersection of localization, content, and operations, translating global direction into processes local teams can use. She has led large-scale international content initiatives in complex, fast-moving environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to build localization workflows that stay consistent across markets.
Her specialty is spotting where global efforts break down at the local level, then building the processes, tools, and collaboration models that make them sustainable.
If you happen to be on Abbot Kinney in Venice or Marina del Rey, you may run into Erica and her sassy dog, Echo.
